- Amazon order data – order IDs, shipping addresses, product details, and tracking numbers visible on Amazon Seller Central pages you visit.
- Browser history (read-only) – used solely to detect whether you have previously visited Amazon Seller Central, which determines whether seller or buyer features are activated. No history data is stored or transmitted.
- Authentication tokens – your Obserway account access token, stored locally in Chrome's
storage.local, used to authenticate requests to the Obserway backend.
3. How We Use This Information
- Sync Amazon order details to the Obserway platform for order management.
- Automate shipping confirmation file uploads to Amazon Seller Central.
- Track buyer order statuses and update them in the Obserway dashboard.
4. Data Storage
Order data is stored on our secure server (obserway.quicklycommerce.com) and associated only with your Obserway account. Authentication credentials are stored locally on your device only and are never shared with third parties.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Order data is transmitted only between your browser, Amazon, and the Obserway platform.
6. Data Retention
Order data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion by contacting us.
